Cancellation and Refund Policy

The information provided below will help a User to understand our cancellation, and refund policies.

Plans and Credits

In order to be able to use our App you should be on our monthly or yearly plan. Each plan gives you certain number credits that can be used to avail various features in the app. If you run out of credits for a month, you can buy credit packs. Credits are rolled over to the next month/year provided that you are on a monthly plan. In order to use our App you must be on a monthly or yearly plan. If you have unused credits but are not on a monthly plan then they will continue to sit in your account for another 90 days beyond which the credits will default to 0. In order to use them again you will have to buy a plan.

Refund

We are currently working on tech(AI) thats evolving at a rapid pace and so there are no actual guarantees of it giving satisfactory outputs hence we currently do not provide refund on plans, no matter how much the usage be. Money spent on credits will also not be refunded.

Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly/yearly plan anytime you want, in that case your unused credits would sit around for a period of 90 days beyond which it will default to 0.

Please note that 7Streams views and treats violations of its Terms of Use very seriously and shall have no obligation to offer refunds to Users who violate such terms.
